Thankyou cars ltd (Trading Name : Airport Cars UK) For the convenience of customers and passengers, Airport Cars has taken efforts to state the terms and conditions that govern our business operations.
Pricing
Customers are charged according to their desire to travel at the time of booking. These listed prices are Point-To-Point only and do not account for any stopovers or detours. Any such alteration to the original travel itinerary may result in additional fees.
A seasonal surcharge of 50 percent on basic prices is chargeable on specified dates such as 24 To 26th December, 31st December, And 1st January.All quotations made on the basis of the car you select.
Payments
Cash payments Or Debit/Credit card payments are also acceptable methods of payment. All of the major payment terminals are Card-Accepting.
Cash Payments
After the trip is finished, customers can give the driver cash as payment. Only british sterling could be used for cash transactions. Any other sort of currency is unacceptable.
Payment By Cards
Card payments must be made at the time of booking by customers. Prior to or on the day of the trip, cards are charged. There would be an Extra £2.00 processing charge for all card payments. Customers must pay an Extra £6 Fee for reservations Over £100. Customers do not required to use cards to make payments whether making reservations over the phone or choose to pay with cash.
Choice Of Vehicles
The customer is in charge of selecting the appropriate vehicle based on the number of people and their luggage. Since it is similarly insured, a saloon car may be rented for a maximum of four passengers. Saloon car accidents nnly qualify for a Four-Passenger reward. The estate, MPV, and MPV8 vehicles we arrange are similarly covered for a maximum of five, six, And eight passengers, respectively.
Restriction Of Passenger Headcount And Luggage
If a passenger's headcount exceeds the established top limitations, we reserve the right to refuse service to that passenger. We may also decline to transport any luggage that is deemed to be excessive or hazardous for our cars while driving. It is advised that passengers do not bring along additional or unclear luggage.
Loading And Unloading
Normally, the responsibility of loading and unloading of luggage lies with the customer/ passenger. We bear no responsibility and nor are liable for any damage to your luggage, whatsoever, during loading and unloading. chauffeurs could lend a helping hand but solely at the discretion of our customer/ passenger. In such case, The chauffeur claims no responsibility for any damage or unwanted event.
Waiting Time
Passengers and consumers are required to be at airports at the predetermined time following flight arrival. A brief break of 60 Minutes is acceptable. A fee of £4 Per 15 Minute is applied after that. A waiting time of 10 minutes is permitted for pickups within airport and surrounding regions; after that, a fee of £ per 10 minute is calculated. Prices pre set on the premise that customers will be prepared to leave as soon as the car pulls up.
How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 12 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.
Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Once booked you will receive an e-mail or text confirming your booking. You can also call our 24 hour control room and our controllers will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed
What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
If you select "Meet & Greet" Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk or arrival hall. But your driver will call/text you after landing and help you to meet him/her.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Having ensured that you have correctly followed the Epsom Cars instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation. Our emegencey contacy number is +447966744444.
What is the best way to meet my driver ?
Our driver contact you after/before landing your flight. You could call our office or your driver when you go through immigration or when you are collecting your luggage then your driver will meet you within 10 minutes time in arrival hall or where you are in the airport.
Are you a licensed company?
Yes. We are officially licensed by the public carriage to carry the public.(London)
Are you provide child /baby seats for my children ?
Yes we do. but you must book or select when you reserve your booking.
How long my driver can wait for me in the airport ?
We moniter you flight landing time. So we dont't charge any extra if your flight is late or early. At the same time we give 60 minutes free waiting time after landing. After 60 minutes , every 15 minutes £4 is chargable.
How can I avoid extra waiting charges ?
When you book your booking ,You could inform the office how long extra time you need to meet your driver . Example after 90 /120 minutes after landing time.
What is about airport parking charges ?
First 30 minutes car park is included with your price therefor is importent you could communicate with your driver after landing.
I have Non UK/EU passport holder and small children ?
It should be take extra time for immigration , so better you inform when you book your journey to avoid extra witing charges.
We have lots of luggage , is your driver can help us ?
Yes we can help you as we can.
I have wheelchair and unable to walk to car park with your driver?
Our driver will help you but better you could book assistance with your airline or travel agent.
Our Lugguage come late or immigration are long witing time and we need to wait longer than expecterd in the airport ?
We give only 60 minutes free waiting time (if not any other pick up time is already informed) after that you need to pay small waiting charge to driver.
How can I pay my journey ?
You can pay cash or card with your driver. Or you can pay via online when you book online booking.
Can I book my return journey with my driver?
No . You must call to office or book via online.
Is any extra airport charhes or London charges we need to pay?
No all charges are included your price exapt extra waiting time charge and extra airport car park charge
What can I do if my driver is late or I cant see my driver?
Most of the time our drivers are ontime , but if anything happend unexpected we or driver will call or text you and inform you as soon as possible. And we will try to help you much as we can
I have no UK mobile number , how can we contact you ?
Airport have free Wifi so you can connect WhatsApp or email. You can buy UK sim card in the airport as well. You can call from airport help desk if you need help.
